Good read! I've been shooting with both eyes open on rifles and handguns for a few years now and just the other day I found myself doing it with my bow. Now when trying to close one eye, I feel very uncomfortable and tense. Give it a try, it may help your accuracy and comfortability a lot!
We hunted 1st rifle this year and didn't even have an encounter. We spotted a couple Elk but were way off on private ground. This is my 2nd hunt on this unit and both without an encounter...Looking to try a different unit next year. Or may just build some points for a better quality hunt.
