As much as I despise poachers taking game off of private and public lands, I recognize that the use of these fake animals by law enforcement is entrapment. Entrapment was illegal until the late 1980s. It’s the same ideological argument as if you are sitting alone at a bar and an attractive woman comes up to you offering some fun. Law Enforcements primary goal has become revenue .
