Sounds to me like the rich are trying to landlock the land so that they can force sales to buy the rest of the land, that'snormally how the situation works out. I've been in this exact situation and the funny part is if you blow up on a law enforcement officer and a landowner when they confront you on blm things get a little dicey but you will be left alone and I clearly stated when it happened to me well at home I have to take my fence 6' off my property line unless Me and the other owner of the property can come to an agreement on the fence it's called a set back. I will say we are very blessed in Nevada, people try to use a little more common sense. For now.
