As a resident of the state thank goodness it’s finally occurring. Idaho tags sell quickly every year and will continue to do so. For those complaining about price please look at other states near us. We are now equivalent. It’s not the decrease in NR tags or prices that have me excited though; it’s the new change that will spread NR hunters out across the state thus not allowing them to overrun any given unit. Some people will have to hunt the Lolo or Selway bc other more desirable units will have lower caps and sell out quicker. Revenue won’t change for Idaho at all secondary to these changes. Sorry to burst any bubbles, but that’s the way it is heading in the hunting world.
