New Zealand — An International Adventure

New Zealand is different… The hunting is different… It's not a typical western hunt. Making the decision to hunt there is about experiencing that difference, the culture, the people and the different animals New Zealand has to offer.

goHUNT Founder and President Lorenzo Sartini headed south, way south, with good friends Chad Mendes and T.J. Dillashaw to experience the difference for themselves.

HUNTING ? behind wire is just collecting not free range hunting where you take what you get cheque book hunting may as well have it tied to a tree waiting for you.

Great work GOHUNT .
Sometimes the hunt isn't always about the harvest but rather about the Friendships gained, and memories made .
You guys accomplished all three.
Next time bring velcro gloves, those sheep won't stand a chance .

@Dominic N.

Thanks for the comment and taking the time to watch the film.

We respect your opinion and and thoughts on hunting New Zealand and our film. New Zealand is definitely much different than hunting the west. On this hunt we wanted to respect the NZ way of hunting and appreciate the NZ outfitters way of life.

Thanks again for watching,
Lorenzo

@AJ W.

Thanks for watching! hahah velcro gloves would have been perfect for the Bob Marley challenge! If I am fortunate enough to go back one day thats exactly what will be in my bag.

Thanks for taking the proper message out of this film, friendships and memories are exactly why we did it.

Lorenzo, Thanks for sharing this! Amazing animals and scenery. I dream of doing a hunt like this with friends that know how to make it an experience.

No shame in hunting on a station in New Zealand if you want a great crowned stag, like the specimen in this vid.
The upcountry is where you go for Chamois and Bull Tahr, but the stags there are smaller and scruffy...they are hunted by helocopter by the government when they get dense.
The euro game is regarded as a pest by the government, even though they get significant revenue from hunting.
The really tough hunt is a Tahr /chamois helo drop off hunt...you'd never get on top if you had to climb!
