APPLICATION STRATEGY 2017: Montana Antelope -

I hope Montana FWP does continue to find ways to work with ranchers to keep properties enrolled in the BMA program. I've benefited from Wyoming's similar walk-in program on previous antelope hunts there, and am hoping to have BMAs to explore in MT with my daughter this Fall.

I suppose the expectation with Type 2 licenses is that one would get access to private irrigated land to use them, correct? Probably not a lot of public close enough to irrigated private to make Type 2 work, unless one gets permission for the private.

A note on a typo: The road that's the southern boundary is US 26, not I-26.
APPLICATION STRATEGY 2017: Montana Sheep, Moose, Goat, Bison -

Am I correct that one could "sit out" of the point system for sheep for one year, instead listing an unlimited sheep unit as their first choice, hunt sheep in said unit, then apply the following year in the point system, for a different not-unlimited sheep unit, without losing their previously accumulated points?
APPLICATION STRATEGY 2017: Nevada Sheep & Goat -

I heard on the Rich Outdoors podcast that NV paused/saved the mountain goat nonresident preference points for those that had applied on 2012, when they last offered a tag, such that they'll still have them as of this year's resumption of offering a nonresident goat tag. Is that correct?
