Why 8 power binoculars - posted 4 hours ago

Bradley, I appreciate you taking the time to reach out. The 8's have always worked well for me in a lot of situations. I just wanted end users to think about the option. As for being the best option....that always up for debate. Haha! I love my 8's and will continue to use them as my RF, chest glass, and the occasional tripod glass. Thanks again for reaching out!

Roy,
I stand corrected! My apologies. I am pretty sure this is what happens when you transpose numbers and don't fact check yourself! I will correct those figures. Thank you for taking the time to reach out!

Yes, The 56mm SLC's have the AK prisms in them. The Vortex 8x42 UHD are super bright and work really well in low light. More than and excellent value for sure. Outstanding performer!
Thank you for reaching out.

Seth, Thank you for taking the time to comment. I have looked through the majority of the pieces of glass you mentioned. Your thoughts are exactly why I wrote the article. To bring light(pun intended) to a an overlooked segment of our market.
The 7x42 SLC(no longer available) and the Swarovski 8x56 SLC(special order) are exceptional examples of overlooked pieces of glass that are not mainstream choices but could be if the end users would give them a chance. Their benefits are real! Thanks again!

I have always liked the 8x32 EL's. Outstanding for sure! I just always like how bright they are no matter the time of day. Thank you for taking the time to read and comment.
