There is very little state land and walk-in access in this unit, without prior arrangements to access a piece of private land there is very little opportunity to hunt in this entire unit
This unit is located on the eastern side of the state and is primarily private ground with very little state land and just a touch of walk-in. It is definitely not a unit you want to make a plan for, unless you have prior arrangements to hunt some private land. Mostly prairie and marshland with some small creeks scattered across the unit with a few lakes.
With very limited public access there are few hunters headed to this Unit without a plan around hunting some private property, this being said there is very little chatter on the internet about this particular GMU.
