There is very little state land and walk-in access in this unit, without prior arrangements to access a piece of private land there is very little opportunity to hunt in this entire unit
Located in the far northeast quadrant of the state this unit is primarily private ground. This being said, there is a relatively large amount of walk-in access as well as some state owned ground. In general, the best bet for success will be in securing private access but DIY will still find some options here thanks to the numerous walk-in areas.
Hunters can find some public hunting options in the various State land pieces and walk-in areas. Many of these are primarily established for waterfowl hunting but whitetail will inhabit nearly every corner of this unit.
