This unit is found in southwestern Alaska along the famed Bristol Bay. This unit is very remote with only a handful of communities and towns, Dillingham being the most noted. A small and restricted road system can be found here, most of which is on native land, but the use of planes or boats will provide the only access options. Due to the large distribution of native lands, you will need to pay close attention to your hunting areas. Good hunting opportunities can be found here but the logistics and steps needed to finally reach the hunting area may drive some hunters into other units where the overall experience can be easier had.
