Area 35 is located in the southwestern region of Wyoming. This area runs east from Uinta County to Green River and follows the Flaming Gorge reservoir. The population of moose in this region is decent and can provide hunters with ideal hunting opportunities.
The moose population in this area is not impacted by wolves. There is good public access here, with some privately owned land to navigate around. Even though it is typically difficult to draw a moose license in Wyoming, this unit provides a little better draw odds.
