GOHUNT is looking for a Multimedia Content Producer to join our team. This role blends creative storytelling, video production, and social media execution to bring the GOHUNT brand to life across digital platforms.
We’re looking for someone who can take ideas from concept to final delivery—filming in the field, editing compelling video content, and shaping how it performs across social media. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role that requires creativity, adaptability, and a strong understanding of both storytelling and platform-specific content.
The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of hunting culture, filmmaking, and digital media—someone who can capture authentic moments in the field and translate them into engaging content that resonates with the GOHUNT community.

Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content across GOHUNT platforms
Capture in-field hunting content, product content, and brand storytelling
Own projects from concept → shoot → edit → delivery
Develop short-form and long-form video content optimized for short and longform platforms
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to develop and execute content strategies
Adapt video content for platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more
Stay on top of trends, formats, and algorithm shifts to maximize reach and engagement
Assist in planning and maintaining content calendars
Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to align content with business goals
Partner with internal and external creators
Act as a key contributor in shaping GOHUNT’s content direction and voice
Use insights to refine creative direction and improve engagement
Continuously test and iterate on content formats and storytelling approaches
Video production (filming, lighting, audio)
Advanced editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
Strong storytelling instincts and visual composition
Understanding of social media platforms and content optimization
Scriptwriting and short-form storytelling
Basic design skills (Figma or similar is a plus)
2+ years in short form & long form content production
Experience in the hunting, outdoor, or lifestyle space preferred
Proven portfolio or reel showcasing video and social content work
Experience shooting in dynamic or backcountry environments is a plus
A self-starter who can own projects from idea to execution
A creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and storytelling
Someone comfortable behind the camera, in the field, and in the edit studio
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Passion for hunting, conservation, and the outdoor lifestyle
Full-time (40+ hours/week)
Reports directly to the Director of Marketing
Based in Las Vegas, Nevada (or willing to relocate)
