Spearhead campaign development with relevant stakeholders
Own and maintain project management systems
Build repeatable workflows, templates, and SOPs
Run recurring marketing meetings and follow-ups
Conduct post-hoc campaign analysis and apply to future ideas and execution.
Help leadership maintain visibility into priorities and timelines

2–5 years in marketing, campaign management, project management, or marketing operations
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns
Strong understanding of marketing workflows and production timelines
Familiarity with content, e-commerce, and growth marketing environments
Experience with tools like Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, Slack, etc.
You are a self-starter who can lead the development and execution of video production obligations that align with creative and business needs.
Someone who works well with a team to support and collaborate with colleagues.
Someone who can wear multiple hats and has a clear vision of the ever-changing digital media landscape.
A creative thinker who takes passion for their work through storytelling and detail & uses critical thinking to make strategic decisions.
Understands social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and their respective content formats.
Willingness to build your own schedule and work on tasks.
